The Board of Supervisors January meeting will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Stephen J. Hinkle District Work Center, 15600 Jupiter Farms Road, Jupiter, FL 33478. Board of Supervisors January 16, 2025, Monthly Meeting
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. During the meeting everyone will be muted and video turned off. Landowners are requested to provide comments and requests to speak prior to the meeting via email at sirwcd@sirwcd.org. The comments will be heard during the Landowners’ Items, and you will be allowed 2 minutes on each item of the agenda you wish to speak about. Please contact the District Office if you have any questions.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at a meeting, a record of the proceedings will be needed for such purpose, and such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which any appeal is to be made.

The District sent out referendum ballots for seven roadways in Palm Beach Country Estates on Friday, December 13, 2024. Affected Landowners on the petitioned roadways must return their ballots to the District Office by January 10, 2025. If anyone needs a replacement ballot, please contact Jennifer Hammond at the District office and bring a valid form of identification in order to be issued a replacement ballot.
The District office will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We close early at 2 p.m. on New Year's Eve and be closed on New Year’s Day. The Board of Supervisors and DIstrict staff wish everyone Merry Christmas, Season's Greetings, and a Happy New Year!
John Meyer and Susan Kennedy, who were re-elected in the 2024 election, were sworn in by District Attorney Seth Behn at the December 5th Board of Supervisors meeting for three-year terms. In addition, due to the untimely passing of Supervisor John Jones, Beth McElroy, a resident of Palm Beach Country Estates, was appointed to fill the reminder of his term through September 2025. The District has received the 2024 Board of Supervisors’ certified election results from Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, Wendy Sartory Link, on November 6, 2024. Supervisors Susan Kennedy and John Meyer were re-elected to the Board. Please visit our Elections Page for complete election results.
Trash and garbage removal is provided by Solid Waste Authority in the District. Should any damage result to swales or easements when landscape debris is picked up, please call the Solid Waste Authority Customer Information Services Department at 561-697-2700.
The Board of Supervisors approved the District's updated and revised Policies and Procedures Manual at their February 15, 2024 Board meeting. A minor revision was added on May 15, 2024.
